  • HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Before confirming your payment details during checkout, you can edit or cancel your order in your "SHOPPING BAG". In order to guarantee the shortest delivery times possible, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted. Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed. You can return all or part of your order once it has been delivered. Please refer to our policy in the Returns & Refunds section.

  • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS AND TIME FRAMES?

    us.filorga.com ships orders to mailing addresses in the contiguous United States. Processing time for orders is 24-48 hours of receipt (this does not include weekends or holidays). All items shipped may be extended during holidays, launch, and promotions days. Once shipped, standard delivery time within the United States is three to five (3 – 5) business days. Please note that orders shipped via UPS two (2) business days will neither be shipped nor delivered on weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences (weather), air/ground transportation strikes, or delays into the UPS system.

  • HOW DO I CREATE MY ACCOUNT?

    Go to us.filorga.com. On the home page, click on My Account in the upper right hand corner of the webpage. Click on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT.” Enter your information and confirm your registration. Having a FILORGA account offers many advantages:

    • Your personal information (shipping address, billing address, e-mail, phone number, etc.) is saved for your next orders - you won’t have to re-enter this information!
    • You can access your order history as well as track your package
    • You have access to the benefits of our FILORGA loyalty program (see your points, redeem points and see your rewards history)
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    You may return your unused product(s) within 30 days of your purchase.

    Full returns must include all products shipped, including any gift with purchase, promotional products or samples.

    It is mandatory that items are returned new and wrapped and sealed with clear plastic.

    Only products purchased through us.filorga.com may be returned.

    Please note, original shipping and handling fees, if any, are non-refundable.

    We ask that you please contact us with your name, address, phone number, and provide the product name to be returned with the reason for the return as well as your online order number so that we may expedite the process for you. We recommend that you use tracking on your package.

    Once your return is received back to FILORGA, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment.

    FILORGA does not provide return labels and is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost returns. You are responsible for shipping your return back, please obtain a tracking number for your records.

    Items may not be returned and will not be refunded 30 days after the purchase date.
